Facebook Page Auto Inviter Chrome Extension
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. By installing, accessing, or using the Facebook Page Auto Inviter Chrome Extension ("Extension"), provided by Khusharav Digiweb Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.
1Description of Service
The Extension is a tool designed to automate the process of inviting users who have reacted to posts on your Facebook Page(s) to like that Page. It operates locally within your Chrome browser, interacting with the content of Facebook (facebook.com) and Facebook Business Suite (business.facebook.com) pages as you direct it through its interface (popup and floating dialogs). Functionality includes scanning posts in Business Suite (Multi-Post Mode) and targeting specific posts via URL (Single-Post Mode).
2License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Extension solely for your personal or internal business purposes related to managing your Facebook Page(s).
3User Responsibilities and Conduct
Responsible Use: You agree to use the Extension responsibly and ethically. The Extension is intended to automate tasks you could perform manually.
Compliance with Facebook's Terms: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Extension complies with all applicable Facebook (Meta) Terms of Service, Community Standards, Platform Policies, and any other relevant rules imposed by Facebook. Using any automation tool, including this Extension, may potentially violate Facebook's terms, which could lead to restrictions on your Facebook account or Page. You use the Extension at your own risk in this regard.
No Spamming: You agree not to use the Extension for spamming, sending excessive invites beyond reasonable limits, or engaging in any activity that could be perceived as abusive by Facebook or other users. Utilize the "Max Invites" setting appropriately.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Facebook account while using the Extension.
Accurate Information: If account creation is required for certain features, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Technical Requirements: You acknowledge that the Extension requires the relevant Facebook/Business Suite tab to be open, active, and visible (at least partially) in your browser to function correctly. Background tabs may experience limited functionality or failure.
Prohibited Uses:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Extension.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Extension.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the Extension to any third party.
- Use the Extension for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to circumvent any technical limitations or rate limits imposed by Facebook or the Extension.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Extension.
4Relationship with Facebook (Meta)
The Extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.) in any way. Facebook® is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. The Extension operates by interacting with the Facebook website structure, which is subject to change by Facebook without notice. We are not responsible for any changes Facebook makes to its platform that may affect the Extension's functionality.
5Intellectual Property
We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Extension, including all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights. The license granted in Section 2 does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
6Privacy
Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how the Extension handles data. By using the Extension, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
7Disclaimers of Warranties
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE EXTENSION WILL: (A) MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (B) BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS; (C) BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, COMPLETE, LEGAL, OR SAFE; (D) OPERATE WITHOUT ERROR OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR (E) REMAIN COMPATIBLE WITH FACEBOOK'S PLATFORM OR COMPLY WITH FACEBOOK'S TERMS OF SERVICE.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT FACEBOOK MAY CHANGE ITS WEBSITE, API, OR POLICIES AT ANY TIME, WHICH MAY RENDER THE EXTENSION INEFFECTIVE OR NON-FUNCTIONAL, AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH OCCURRENCES. WE DISCLAIM ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ACTIONS, RESTRICTIONS, OR BANS IMPOSED BY FACEBOOK ON YOUR ACCOUNT OR PAGE AS A RESULT OF USING THIS EXTENSION.
8Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KHUSHARAV DIGIWEB PRIVATE LIMITED, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE EXTENSION.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE EXTENSION OR YOUR FACEBOOK ACCOUNT. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS, SUSPENSIONS, OR BANS IMPOSED BY FACEBOOK ON YOUR ACCOUNT OR PAGE AS A RESULT OF USING THIS EXTENSION.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE EXTENSION OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU FOR THE EXTENSION (IF APPLICABLE), OR (B) TEN U.S. DOLLARS ($10.00).
9Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license to use the Extension at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, your breach of these Terms or suspected misuse of the Extension. Upon termination, the license granted herein will cease, and you must immediately stop using the Extension and uninstall it from your browser. Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12 shall survive termination.
10Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for any actions for which we retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief.
11Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect (e.g., via the Chrome Web Store listing or an in-extension notice). What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Extension after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
